Colletta & Co. (collettaandco.com) is a doing-business-as (DBA) name of One Eye Open LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Utah. All legal obligations, data processing responsibilities, and commercial transactions related to this website are conducted by One Eye Open LLC.

One Eye Open LLC maintains its own legal policies at oneeyeopen.com/privacy.html and oneeyeopen.com/terms.html. This page mirrors those policies as they apply to Colletta & Co. In the event of any conflict, the One Eye Open LLC policies at oneeyeopen.com govern.

Privacy policy

What information we collect

Newsletter subscriptions. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email address to send you occasional updates about our travels, new blog posts, and anything else we think you'd enjoy. Form submissions are processed by our own self-hosted backend and are not shared with any third-party form processing service.

Contact form submissions. If you reach out through our contact form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, and your message) to respond to your inquiry. Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months.

Shop purchases. If you make a purchase through our shop, your payment is processed by PayPal and order fulfillment is handled by Printful. These transactions are conducted through One Eye Open LLC and may appear on your statement as "Colletta & Co., a DBA of One Eye Open LLC" or similar. We do not directly store your credit card or payment details; PayPal and Printful handle that data under their own privacy policies (PayPal, Printful). Shipping addresses and order details are retained as business records for up to 7 years.

Site analytics. We use privacy-friendly, anonymized analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking service. Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) are retained for a limited period for diagnosing technical issues and are not shared with third parties.

How we use your information

Your information is used only for the purpose it was provided: sending newsletter updates, responding to inquiries, or fulfilling shop orders. We will never sell your information to third parties, share it with advertisers, or add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Third-party services

This website uses the following external services:

• Google Fonts. We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests font files, Google may log your IP address per their own privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Cloudflare may collect limited technical data during verification. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• PayPal. Shop payments are processed through PayPal. See PayPal's privacy policy.
• Printful. Shop orders are fulfilled by Printful, who receives your shipping address to deliver your order. See Printful's privacy policy.

We embed no social media widgets, no ad networks, and no other third-party trackers on this site.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not directly handle, store, or have access to your full credit card or bank account details. All payment processing is subject to PayPal's terms and privacy policy.

Order fulfillment (printing, packing, and shipping) is handled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service. When you place an order, your shipping address and order details are shared with Printful solely for the purpose of delivering your purchase.

Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have any issues with an order, please contact us and we'll make it right.
